Donald J. Musso, President & CEO
Donald founded FinPro, Inc. in 1987.  He is a frequent speaker at various trade association functions and teaches at Stonier Graduate School of Banking, Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Management.  Donald is also a founder of de novo banks in Pennsylvania and New York and a significant investor in many others.  He has served in Board, Managerial and advisory roles with all types of financial institutions.  Donald holds Series 24, 79 & 63 licenses.

Scott Polakoff, Principal
Scott joined FinPro to co-lead its regulatory practice after serving for over 22 years with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (8 years as the Chicago Regional Director) and 4 years with Office of Thrift Supervision as its Chief Operating Officer. From 2009 to 2011 he was a Principal at Booz Allen Hamilton as a leader in the core financial services group.  His clients have included the FDIC, SEC, NCUA and the U.S. Treasury. Scott has collaborated with top-level agency leadership at the OCC, FDIC, and Federal Reserve, has testified multiple times before the Senate Banking Committee and the House Financial Services Committee, and is a sought-after industry specialist on banking and capital markets.  Scott holds series 24, 79 & 63 licenses.

​Scott C. Martorana, Principal
Scott has expertise in capital markets engagements including mergers and acquisitions, stock valuations and fairness opinions.  His past experience working in FinPro’s consulting division also provides extensive experience managing consulting engagements including enterprise risk management, strategic planning, de novo bank formation, and asset/liability management.  Scott holds series 7, 24, 79 & 63 licenses.

John P. Mauro, Esq., Chief Compliance Officer
John is responsible for overseeing and managing all Compliance issues as well as having primary responsibility of all legal issues that arise at FCA.  He is admitted to practice law in both New York and New Jersey.  John also holds series 24, 79 & 63 licenses.

Matthew K. Miller, FCA Investment Banking Representative
Matthew currently manages many of the partnership, strategic planning, asset liability, and branch profitability/improvement engagements.  Matthew also has extensive experience on mergers and acquisitions, stock valuation, appraisals, and market feasibility engagements.  He is responsible for the refinement of FinPro's strategic planning model and integration of FinPro's branch profitability and asset liability models. Matt holds series 79 & 63 licenses.

Richard A. Buckner, FCA Investment Banking Representative
Rich joined FinPro in 2017 as a Managing Director. Rich has more than 25 years of financial services experience assisting community banks and thrifts with strategic initiatives including capital raising and mergers and acquisitions. Rich has been involved in over 100 transactions representing more than $3 billion in value in his investment banking career. Prior to joining FinPro, Rich was a Director at Houlihan Lokey in their Financial Institutions Group. Rich was also a Managing Director with Milestone Advisors in Washington, D.C. Mr. Buckner received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech.
